The Midterm Report and Style Guides#
In place of a midterm exam, the class will collaboratively produce a single, polished, publication-style Midterm Report. We’ll write our own style guide for it together.
Most organizations that publish reports maintain their own style guide—specifying things like fonts, colors, chart conventions, and accessibility requirements—so that many contributors produce one coherent document. A few public- and private-sector examples to look at:
